Shipping & Delivery Policy

DELIVERY FEES

We at alluvionholding keep things simple and straightforward for you. Our company ships and delivers to your home, nationwide. If your cart total is less than R999, you will be charged R950 for shipping/courier fees. All orders placed in our online store (alluvionholding.co.za) are fully insured during transit.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our order cutoff time is 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays or public holidays. As long as stock is available, your purchase will be dispatched on the day you placed your order before 4:00 PM on any weekday. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched the following day, while Saturday orders will be processed on Monday of the next week.
Depending on stock availability, delivery will take approximately 2 to 3 days.
alluvionholding delivers on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Please make sure that someone is available to receive the purchase at the provided address. If this is not possible, kindly arrange for someone else to receive it on your behalf.

In-store Pickups

Our local pickup cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. Orders placed before that time are processed and dispatched the same day. We will notify our customers via email and SMS within 24 hours to pick up their order at our physical store. Orders will only be processed and prepared the next day after 4 p.m. You can pick up orders at our local store at 47 Rachel de Beer St. Theresapark, Akasia, 0155.
