Returns and refunds: how to make a request

Upon making a purchase, you can request a refund and return online or in person within 30 (thirty) days.

Refunds and returns through alluvionholding website are subject to the following terms:

We accept returns and refunds within 30 (thirty) days of delivery. If your return and refund request is older than 30 (thirty) days, you will need to visit a store.

The following conditions must be met for alluvionholding to accept your return:

1. It must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received;
2. alluvionholding and its suppliers must inspect the product first; The product has been used according to manufacturer instructions;
3. You received an incorrect product; or
4. You wish to return the order because it is incomplete.
5. A collection fee may apply, or you can deliver the product to the store nearest you. alluvionholding will only collect products from the same address where they were delivered.

You will be contacted by alluvionholding and its delivery service providers to arrange collection of the product from the nominated address. alluvionholding will provide the delivery service provider with your personal information.

Prior to processing a refund, alluvionholding may inspect the product or send it to its supplier for testing. alluvionholding is not responsible for any faults or damages caused by:

1. The effects of wear and tear;
2. Negligence, abuse, and/or incorrect use of the product; Non-compliance with manufacturer’s specifications;
3. Damage caused by lightning or electrical surges.
4. The items you have customized cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are found to be materially defective. Cut-to-measure, special-ordered, or tinted paint products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Prepaid electricity, airtime cannot be refunded by alluvionholding either.

alluvionholding refund and returns policy applies, and credit will be issued to the same payment method used to create the order (e.g. credit card, EFT, or trade account).

How long will it take for your refund to arrive?

EFT refunds are subject to verification and will appear in your account within seven (seven) business days.

Refunds will be less the following:

alluvionholding has already incurred delivery costs

Special orders may be subject to restocking fees.

In the event that you have changed your mind and would like to return a product, alluvionholding will be glad to process the return and refund subject to these terms and conditions. As a discretionary measure, alluvionholding may charge you an additional delivery fee for the collection of such products.
